With real foods. Contains fresh lyophilised vegetables: carrot and pumpkin. It is a source of beta-carotenes as very few nutritional properties are lost in the lyophilisation process.  The vegetable salad will give an ideal touch to soups, creams and purées, omelettes, dough for pizzas or protein breads.

The combination of pea and pumpkin protein provides 62g of protein for every 100g of product. It is high in BCAA s or Branched Amino Acids (L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine) and other Essential Amino Acids. Low in fat and sugars, only contains 7.7g of sugars per 100g of product.

The pea contains 4 times more L-arginine (amino acid) than whey. And leucine, one of the most important amino acids for the development of muscle mass is not much less than in whey.

In addition to the protein, each serving contains about 6g of lyophilised organic vegetables (carrots and pumpkin). These vegetables provide beta carotene, thus improving the antioxidant power of the product, which will help your immune system to be strong after physical exertion.

It has a satiating effect since it contains fibre (1.5g per serving), thanks to the vegetable content. Fibre also helps to regulate blood sugar levels.

As for absorption, it is similar to casein, with slow absorption, to ensure the continuous supply of protein to the muscles.

It is hypo allergenic, it does not contain gluten, it does not come from a dairy product, its prolonged use does not involve contraindications.

It supports the forming of collagen, to support the connective tissue (bones, cartilage, skin, tendons).

Dosage

It depends on your objective and your individual characteristics.

With 35g of product, you will get a standard helping of protein (around 22g of vegetable protein).

If you want to gain more muscle mass, you can include up to 50g of powdered protein.

Preparation

Dissolve 35g of powdered protein in 300ml of water, milk or vegetable drinks. Add the powdered protein to the drink in a shaker and shake it well for 30 seconds. To dissolve it even better use a whisk. It contains no added emulsifiers, but it mixes brilliantly thanks to its powdery texture.

As it has a  vegetable flavour, it is an excellent option to add protein to a cream of vegetable and to have all the necessary nutrients for a post-workout intake in one light dish.
